Let's investigate adding some reverse dependency testing. To start obviously I'm interested in running the bootc tests when we change this repository. But it'd also make sense to test e.g. podman and rauc tests too.

ci: Add revdep-ci for bootc

This ensures when composefs changes, we don't break bootc.
This test isn't too expensive and should be reliable, so
I'm hopeful we can just enable it on every PR.
