Update catalog metadata to better reflect RAG tooling

Today the catalog metadata contains vectordbs as a framework for the RAG recipes.

I think it would be better to reflect the vector database engine or provider (chromadb, milvus) as a tools (like llama-cpp or whisper-cpp)
