To test compatibility between automotive-image-builder and QM we need to add CI to QM project, which will run automotive-image-builder to build minimal QM image using qm.aib.yml image with latest QM package changes

I think building https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/src/automotive-image-builder/-/blob/main/examples/qm.aib.yml is better.
