Locked cursor focus with open Continue Chat Window

Description

When Continue Pane/Tab it forces permanent cursor focus, and captures all key presses.

To reproduce

1. Open any file in editor
2. Press Ctrl+J to open Continue chat window
3. Try to select code in editor using mouse
4. Try to modify code in any way - anything you type will appear in Continue chat window instead of editor
