follows are some inbox/messages enhancements that can be implemented -

  • whenever a user is logged in, check for new messages every 15 - 30 seconds and re-sync inbox if a new message comes in
  • If a new message comes in display a toast
  • OPTIONAL: add an email field on Dashboard, this could hook into a backend which will send the user a new email every time a service is requested
