Some comments initial text seems to be concat of a title and real text.

This is the original revision. I think there was something wrong when interpreting the formatting of this page. The text with the problem was in a table, the newline symbol between "Month" and "The" might have been filtered out in the reconstruction process, otherwise it should be replaced with a space.
