Number of online contacts

Hello, we are using converse.js in https://colab.interlegis.leg.br/ and when we enable 'CONVERSEJS_SHOW_ONLY_ONLINE_USERS = True' as described here:

We have, for instance, the message 'Online Contacts 6' but we see only 3 users, as described here:

TracyWebTech/colab#139 (comment)

Another issue is even with this configuration the icon to remove the contact still exists.

in non-AMD and prebind mode, previously all the users used to be shown online, now they go offline once the page is refreshed. is it possible to request for all online contacts every time i load the page ?
