If you start the container with all infors supplied in Environment Vars. It tells you that it has all the variables and is skipping the auto generation. Just to complain afterwards that there is no config file.

The exact path the the error message, where is complains to not find any config is this: Can't locate configuration file /config/no-ip2.generated.conf. (Try -c). Ending!
I did not get the environment variables to work. However I got the container to successfully update my domains by editing the noip.conf file that is generated. If you are having issues try using "-.mydomain.com" instead for the DOMAINS variable.
