Add An Example From The Samples Project

It would be useful to have an example that is taken from the corda samples project and modified to work with accounts

I was planning on adding a slightly modified version of the example cordapp from https://github.com/opticyclic/corda-accounts-demo

but it was a bit tricky which is why I did #53 first.
