As a System Administrator
I need the ability to reset the counter
So that I can redo counting from the start

Details and Assumptions

  • Use the action POST /counters/{name}/reset

Acceptance Criteria

Given the counter holds a value of 2
When I reset the counter
And I request the current counter
Then it should return a value of 0
