As a user
I need to change the value of an existing counter
So that I can correct mistakes without having to start over again

Details and Assumptions

  • Need a way to change the value of a counter

Acceptance Criteria

Given the counter holds a value of 2
When I request to change the value to 3
And I request the current value of the counter
Then the value of 3 should be returned
