I am currently working with SHARP-Track, and while going through Display_Probe_Track.m, I ecountered the step that reads:"determine 'origin' at top of brain -- step upwards along tract direction until tip of brain / past cortex." I am curious about the line "m=m-p", why your comment indicates that this line of code is "stepping 10um backwards up the track". I am wondering why "p" represents 10um. Because the resolution of atlas used is 10um, if "p" represents 10um, does this mean that "p" corresponds to one pixel?
Thank you for your time. Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Oly
