Every user is required to record the 'actual severity' after culling a mouse, as mandated by the Home Office. However, currently, no one is completing this step due to the multiple actions involved.
To do this, users must first navigate to the 'cull subject page' to add the cull date. Then, they must go to the subject page, filter for 'not alive,' and finally select the actual severity.
A more efficient solution would be to add the actual severity (Mild, Moderate, Severe, or Non-Recovery) directly to the 'cull subject page.' This way, users can enter the severity immediately after adding the death date, streamlining the process.
