S3 storage prefix

Hi Cortex folks,

I wanted to check in on the viability of adding a prefix to the S3 storage paths used in Cortex - per the now-stale issue #4576.

Is there some way of doing this already that I've missed? If not, would it be easy to add, or would it be a complex change?
