what should we name it? If it's interchain-query, it's duplicated with the current one. Unless we want to replace the current one.
which packages are we going to include from cosmos-sdk(all? or selected).
regen code into libs with and without react query part.
examples(in cca? or we create another one just like CIA you mention? and name?)
to support react-query v3,v4,v5 generating in Telescope
