General release cadence?

Does the Cosmos team have a release cadence that they are following for major, minor and patch releases? Do they have a future roadmap anywhere? This would help cosmos projects plan resources and schedule to ensure they can upgrade in a timely manner, esp. given that .43 and .44 were released and subsequently deprecated. Thanks!

We try to keep our milestones and project boards up to date (we could of course always do better). We are targeting 0.46 for the end of March/early April and then planning some larger refactoring work after that in the Framework Working Group. @marbar3778 anything you want to add?

We want to move towards a time based release and plan on doing this in the future.
