Migration from v0.45 to v0.46: snapshot format incompatible, how to handle this issue?

This is expected. What are you trying to attempt and what issues are you encountering?

A new node with v0.46 failed to sync the chain (current nodes with v0.45) from latest snapshot.
Error "INF Snapshot format rejected". Debug show that (snapshot.Format =1) while expected (types.CurrentFormat =2). How can we sync the chain from the latest snapshot in this case?

You cannot sync a v0.46 node with a v0.45 node. You need to wait until nodes upgrade to v0.46, create snapshots, and then sync with them (if you use snapshots)
