Sync function deployment works great on file-backed Walrus, but it hasn't been tested in other configurations.

(It's known to be ugly with in-memory Walrus b/c it erases the database, which doesn't happen with the "real" storage options.)

pasin added admin-ui and removed admin-ui labels

djpongh added this to the 2.2.0 milestone
