Good afternoon! I'm using your repository to restore the full path to root and I've noticed something a little strange. Could you possibly tell me why there are duplicate .md files for some lineages? For instance, the JN.1.md file is in both lineages/lineages1 and lineages/lineages3. Can you please tell me from which resource this data is taken?
I also noticed that for some virus variants there is no reference to the ancestral lineage. Is this specific to recombinant lineages only?
Thanks so much!

In the latest commit I think I have removed the outdated lineage files. They get randomly batched and sometimes over time are put in a different folder but the automatic process syncing them to git didn't remove them correctly.
It should be recombinant lineages which do not have an ancestral lineage given.
