[1.99] Issue with pagination on limit orders

1. Open Limit orders page
2. Connect a wallet
3. Go to Limit orders page
4. Place several order (make sure you have more than 59 orders in total)
5. Clear out your local storage (or open the app in another browser)
6. Connect to the same wallet in the same chain again
7. Start placing new limit orders
8. Check pagination while placing orders

AR: it may start from a different number but 1 (see more details on this thread)

ER: pagination should start with 1
