The Last.fm offers users the ability to track their listening habits. A "scrobble" records that the user heard a specific song to a specific timestamp.
This would require a dialog to authenticate the cozy as an external service in Last.fm. An other enhancement would be an option when at what percentage of the playback a song is scrobbled (standard range of other clients: 50% to 100%).
Could this be a separate app or service?
Another (more open) service like this is https://Libre.fm. The interface could be designed to support multiple services with customized authentication methods.
