sudoers(5)の下、includeの上に

runner  ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: /bin/mount
runner  ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/mount
runner  ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: /bin/umount
runner  ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/umount
