Make Assets UI (in settings) consistent with the other Section Types

I would love if the Assets Overview page in Settings could have its UI be consistent with how it is in Sections, Fields, Globals etc.

I'm missing table columns for Handle, File Path and Url at least.
Currently, you have to click on each Asset to see its handle and other vital information.
