Entry form "Enabled" panel UX

I don't do many multi-site sites but I'm working on one at the moment and found that the "Enabled" panel on the entry form is collapsed by default. This effectively hides the notion that an entry can be published to multiple sites. I know that the admins that will be working on this site are going to forget that and I'll be getting support requests asking how to publish to different sites.

It would seem to me that this panel should be "open" by default, to clue in the admin that the entry can be published across different sites.
