ini_set calls warning but server php configuration seems good #27

Description

When I run checkit.php script in my browser I got the ini_set calls warning.
But when I check my server php configuration, my parameters memory_limit is set to 640Mo and max_execution_time is set to 120 seconds (minimum requested by craft).
All the other requirements have passed (green).
