Currently there is an event called Subscriptions::EVENT_BEFORE_SYNCHRONIZE_SUBSCRIPTION, but there is not one to use after a subscription is synchronized.

Having a EVENT_AFTER_SYNCHRONIZE_SUBSCRIPTION would be nice to have, so that it's possible to run some code after the synchronization is completed.
