Hello, first of all, this plugin is amazing. Thank you for it :)

Id like to know if there's planned support to add the option to show the label on the admin panel as well as the colour swatch, as it will help with accessibility and easier for the user to decide which colour to choose.

In this case, I have ice cream flavours and some of them have a similar colour palette so the tooltips are not enough to help the user

Also, I have suggestions for the colours grouped like in the image below.
For example, for the scoop flavours, I want to suggest those colours marked in red, and for the 2L presentation then suggest other colours, and so on. But at this point is not possible to add the optgroups.

@palomamtnez honestly it is something we didn't think about!

We will add this feature request to the list. We're currently a bit swamped with deadline for the next few weeks.
But we have plans moving forwards, just as much as releasing a pro version with a lot more features.

Thank you for the issue! 👍🏻

Also, if you want more ideas 💡 , could it be possible to also add another field for the colour handle or something similar?
For example, in these swatches, I have the colours Vanilla Bean, Caramel Cookie Dough and Rum & Raisin, but on my scss I have the class vanilla-bean, and rum-raisin, etc. so the issue in here is that I have to transform and replace the & symbols as well as the blank spaces so they can match my cutom classes.

A good solution could be to have a third column for the colour handle :)

Lastly, not sure if this one is possible, but could we add at least the colour label to the table of entries view?

I can offer myself to help as well:)

Feel free to add a PR if you're up to it and have availability @palomamtnez ! We will probably revisit some features in November, as we had hit a very heavy deadline month in September, the team is taking holidays this month :)

The second one the colour label to the table of entries view is actually possible, but works only up to 2 colours I think, we should have a look at that.

I hate the new labels in the control panel, can we have a config option to turn them back off, please? They are particularly bad in Matrix fields, where they overlap the borders of the block if they're the last field in the list.

@adrienne this will be fixed in a next release in the next few weeks, we are currently working on a new/improved UI for colour swatches.

Hey, has there been any update towards this? Currently have a client with a lot of colours and labels are completely covering one another.

hi people 👋🏼
We're busy creating a new UI that fits the needs for these labels. We're aiming to release this feature, on our Craft 4 install, by the end of the month

Would still love to see this enhancement. Thank you.
