new pacakges: sunburstR, D3partitionR, scatterD3, scatterPlotMatrix

From the suggestion of CTVsuggest, the following packages are relevant to this task review:

• The [sunburstR](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/sunburstR/index.html) package (d3.js) supports building the sunburst diagram to visualize a hierarchical dataset through a series of concentric rings.
• The [D3partitionR](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/D3partitionR/index.html) package (last update 2017-10-07) supports a collection of interactive graphics for nested data, including sunburst, treemap, circle treemap, icicle, and partition chart.
• The [scatterD3](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/scatterD3/index.html) package provides specific interactive element for scatter plots, including lasso selection, group highlighting based on color and shape, axis panning/ zooming, and label dragging.
• The [scatterPlotMatrix](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/scatterPlotMatrix/index.html) package provides interactive scatterplot matrices. Its control widgets allow users to 1) add linear or local polynomial regression lines to examine group effects, 2) highlight points across multiple panels, and 3) choose to display correlation in the upper panels and distributions along the diagonal.
