How to remove the cluster state after changing the configuration

at crate/crate-tutorials#41 (review), we decided to remove the statement

To add additional CrateDB nodes to this kind of cluster in order to make it form a multi-node cluster, you will need to remove the cluster state after changing the configuration.

from the quick-setup instructions. However, it might be a good idea to bring it back in a dedicated section of the documentation. On this matter, I wanted to collect the relevant pointers into this issue. Here we go:
