[Docs] Revision of the project introduction

We need to revise the introduction of our README as currently: https://github.com/crc-org/crc/blob/main/README.adoc#introduction is all about OpenShift. It does not mention the use of other container runtime environment, such as Podman, microshift, et al.

I spoke with @anjannath that the upstream packages do not need to specify OpenShift in so much detail. it is one of the options.
