[BUG] Dangling conf file for podman remote

During some tests with podman-machine and crc with podman-preset I found out that once you use crc the remote conf file is setup at ~.config/containers/containers.conf to facilitate the podman usage

That configuration is not cleaned up neither on crc delete nor crc cleanup
