I found a repo called paddle-mobile which seems to use Baidu's deep learning platform. The description is interesting but the content is mainly in Chinese so I don't know how much it focuses on edge computing. Here's the project's description:

This research aims at simply deploying deep learning on mobile and embedded devices, with low complexity and high speed.
