Report collections metadata for processes, providers, jobs

Description

Using /collections and /collections/{id} endpoints, the URI for the /processes, /providers (maybe nested /providers/{id}/processes also?) and /jobs could be reported.

Those should provide all metadata in response contents defined in :

• http://beta.schemas.opengis.net/ogcapi/common/part2/0.1/collections/openapi/schemas/collectionDesc.json
• nested schema definitions from:
  https://github.com/opengeospatial/ogcapi-common/tree/master/collections/requirements/collections

Items in conformance route must be updated (added/uncommented).
