When running cmf build in a Help package or explicitly running cmf build help generateBasedOnTemplates, we should support multi-language with markdown files tagged with the language they apply to.

After internal discussion, this would be a different approach that we use for the rest of our documentation, so we have decided not to implement this for the time being. We'll open a new issue if this is reconsidered in the future.
