Download progress indicator

There is a download progress indicator that shows up when you pull down/up refresh on the individual album screen. This doesn't stay on the screen when you go to other screens in the app. E.g., the Albums screen. It should, at least for the Albums screen. And make sure the download/upload continues even if you got to Settings or to the Sign in screen.
