Add support for courses with multiple sections

In AP 2017-9, we have two identical sections. Labs are submitted and graded the same regardless of the section. They just need to be separated when we post grades to Canvas.

Ideally we'd take in a list of several (class id, assignment id) pairs and the script would automatically figure out who's enrolled in each section.
