Feat: Submitting answer

It would be two commands:

:AocSubmitAnswer {day} {year} {answer}
and
:AocSubmitTodayAnswer {answer}

Note: user gets rate limited if too many requests are submitted.

I don't think I will go ahead implementing this feature.
After experimenting with this feature, I find that it is not quite the same "Advent of Code" experience as going to the website and submit the answer there.

Happy to consider it in the future if anyone else may find it useful. I, unfortunately, don't feel that way at the moment.
