[Enhancement] Search functionality for Home Page.

A search function for searching is already implemented but its for specific components page, but there is search bar on the home page also a functionality should be implemented that on searching the components, the user should be redirected to the components page and can see the component, if nothing is found, an appropriate message should be displayed.
