[suggestion] changeset tags filters ?

Now that minute diffs changeset got available at : http://planet.osm.org/replication/changesets/
A nice evolution would be to enter changeset tags filters.

Just filtering on changeset tags will be quite easy. However, the complex stuff will be if we want to be able to filter on both changeset tags and content because we must combine two diffs, and one might come before another (or the other way around)

True, a kind of "augmented changesets diff" with both the changeset and the osmchange associated would be the needed stuff here.
