Released version of each modules

I don't know where I can get information about which officially released versions of each modules linked with current deployment latest? It would be helpful that we can document this. Something like that you have done for WMAS: https://github.com/cta-wave/WMAS but including the following information.

• Test suite version
• spec(?)
• dpctf-deploy version (latest and released)
• dpctf-test-runner version (latest and released)
• dpctf-tests version (latest and released)
• observation-framework version (latest and released)
• anything else? Not sure if we need mezzanine and test streams

Is this github repo a good place for these information? Or maybe https://github.com/cta-wave/dpc-test-suite this one is better?

@FritzHeiden can you create a new deploy tag v2.0.1 after the new OF tag v2.0.1 is available. Please also add command to checkout the new tag in the deploy README.
