No progressbar with gradle bootRun on windows CMD.exe but works in linux

I wonder what problem you have run into.

Example on windows 2016 server cmd.exe - the process in complete but progressbar shows 0% for windows, however the same process is 100% on linux

Does it only fail in Gradle or it just fails on Windows?
