<hfol> is currently a separate tag that indicates the hebrew foliation of a page.

To be explored: can this become an attribute of the div instead?

Want to include these foliations as part of the transcription because they are part of the original page:

The pencil notation with the arrow is a much later addition by a librarian, archivist, etc.

DECISION: continue tagging as it has been done
