🆘 What is the problem at hand?

The PR and Issue templates are not a fit right now. We could do a better job at this so our issues and PRs could come across more clear to others (when reviewing and when contributing). This would benefit everyone developing overall!

🚀 What is the impact of the problem? How is this problem important? How does it affect users/developpers?

New templates will be up soon! Stay tuned!
