Feedback on Thad's open Reconciliation API yaml

@sahalali This is work being done by Thad in the W3C community group. I'd like to give some feedback and compare to our OpenAPI yaml.

I've been working slowly on improving the openapi.yaml file in the openapi branch where I've been slowly adding more schema, inline references, and valid examples.

I'd like others to provide some feedback as I continue progress.
Currently, not all responses are mapped to fully valid schema, but I'm slowly adding those as well!

Let me know (or comment in the issue reconciliation-api/specs#17 )
