VoiceOver focus must move to the confirmation dialog when displayed.
Use .confirmationDialog()
to code a native SwiftUI confirmation dialog that receives VoiceOver focus when displayed.
Use AccessibilityFocusState
to send focus back to the trigger button that opened the dialog when the dialog is closed.
Platform Defects:
- Confirmation Dialog button text does not have sufficient contrast ratios.
- Confirmation dialogs will not automatically send focus back to the trigger button and this could be considered an accessibility defect in Apple's native
.confirmationDialog()
component in which case bugs should be filed with Apple.
