Just remove or rename the file NSudoLG.exe . It works for me on x64 windows (Photoshop 2023 tested).

I believe this was fixed as I didnt need to remove or rename that file. That said, in case this issue comes up again or exists for other users, where is this NSudoLG.exe file, @guyutongxue?
