Is there a way i can use photoshop generative fill for free?

I'm sorry for the noob question but i saw a guide with a link on this hub page but that was a year ago post so i'm not sure it's still working. Could you please tell me, is it still possible? If yes, could you please give me a link on a guide wich explains how to do that, please? Thank you!

Also note that it uses neural networks (what is commonly called AI today). This is increcdibly costly to run as it runs on their servers (your PC likely isnt powerful enough to run it) costing them electricity. In my honest opinion, this would be another step in the "immoral" direction.
