Making avatar the default representation should help on-boarding (because there are fewer things that can go wrong when you first start VR2Gather.

We should also check that once this is implemented, if you run VR2Gather without first installing cwipc, it either works, or you get a decent error message.

Unfortunately the latter needs to be fixed in cwipc_unity. Leave it for now.
