Usually (up until now) the Meta Quest Pro controllers were recognised as Oculus Quest controllers if they weren't specifically added to the set of controllers supported (in the OpenXR project settings).
It seems that has broken, see the issue above.
At the very least we need to add these controllers, and ensure they're recognised in all the input manager routing tables.
If possible we should also fix the visual representation of the controllers. (presuming we can find a model).
Ideally we should also enable the controller-free hand, but this may be more work.
