Update to DuckDB v1.2.0

What happens?

This issue will track what needs to be done when DuckDB v1.2.0 is released. The current expected release date is Jan 27 2025 (https://duckdb.org/docs/dev/release_calendar.html).

• Update https://github.com/cwida/duckdb-pgq and overwrite tag v1.2.0 using https://github.com/cwida/duckpgq-extension/blob/main/scripts/set_tag.sh
• Regenerate grammar using python scripts/generate_flex.py; python scripts/generate_grammar.py
• make unittest on duckdb-pgq to verify update didn't break any tests
• Update any breaking changes of duckpgq-extension
• Update extension-ci-tools
• make test on duckpgq-extension
• Send update to https://github.com/duckdb/community-extensions
• Update website link in the description
